Pursuant to ARS § 33-1432(A)(4), Landlord hereby discloses to the prospective tenant identified below the history of rent increases for the space being rented during the three full calendar years prior to this year. This disclosure covers increases only in base space rents. It does not include increases, if any, of park imposed utility charges, late charges, guest fees, extra person fees, pet fees, storage fees or any other fees or charges imposed by Landlord and paid by tenant.
The base rent as of July 1st 2025 will be $420.00 Per month.
The base rent charged for this space as of January 1 of this year was $400 per month.
The base rent charged for this space as of January 1 of the preceding year was $400.00 per month. (1+years ago).
The base rent charged for this space as of January 1 of the next preceding year was $380.00 per month. (2+years ago).
The base rent charged for this space as of January 1 of the next preceding year was $380.00 per month. (3+years ago).
The percentage by which the space you wish to rent has experienced increases in its base rent are fairly representative of the percentages by which base rents, in the aggregate, have increased in the park as a whole during this three year period. A separate disclosure statement has been posted and will be provided to you covering average park-wide base rent increases during this three-year period.
These calculations have been made to the best of the Landlord’s ability.
