About Us

Established in the late 1970s, White Hills has remained a family-owned business. It began with just 20 spaces designed with horse stalls. Over the years, our community has evolved in accordance with changing ordinances, while maintaining a deep appreciation for nature. Our primary commitment is ensuring a family friendly environment where residents have access to lush yards and safely-planted shade trees.

Every year, we continue to improve. Recently, we introduced new mailboxes and a charming gazebo, creating a pleasant space for residents to wait for the bus.
